Yep, just had to remove 8 screws on the retention plate, swap the rubber gasket to the new lens, screw back on. Pretty easy.

Aww boo looks like it ended a little early :(
I tried to order last minute @memario1214

I wanted to add ditch lights to match my ss3 max amber fogs. Would amber ditch lights go well with my amber fogs? Or should I have went with white ditch lights?

Besides with ss3 max amber fogs, i only have LED pro headlights as an upgrade for forward lighting.

I’m an amber guy myself and think it will look good, but white will also be great, too. I’m hoping the 3 minutes before midnight doesn’t knock you out of the 15% discount! Post pics when you get them!

Yeah I won't do him dirty like that!
Nothing like sneaking in at the BUZZER! Deal ended at midnight Mountain Time where we are here. There's always one though! :D

So I PERSONALLY prefer white light as my distance lighting. The color correctness of the white light allows for better obstacle identification than if it's all yellow. That said, some folks like all yellow lighting on their vehicles and to that I say "something is better than nothing"!

Also, looking at your selections here were you thinking of doing a lens swap onto a Max with a combo lens? Unfortunately, that won't be a good swap. The SS3 Max only comes in SAE fog in yellow. Since the Max has a 6000k emitter the lens is a little darker than on Sports/Pros. If you swap a combo lens onto an SS3 Max you'll get a lime green output that is certainly not an ideal output.

I would say go white maxes on the A-Pillar or go Pro if you want yellow! Just shoot me a PM too and I can throw you together an invoice.

Max vs Sport (Photo Courtesy of me documenting someone scamming us on an Amazon return - notice the Max sticker on an incorrect housing)

I haven't personally sourced the wire, but I should be able to get it done before you get your lights. We're just under a foot of snow up here at the moment...

Sorry about that. I haven’t been able to get away from the house the last few nights. I did take the truck out tonight and did some live testing in the desert, though forgot to take any pics. The output is amazing though, and the amber lenses definitely didn’t hurt the pattern. I feel like it helped a bit with dust. Here’s a pic I had shared from a previous run, just with all clear lenses in the combo pattern. No noticeable difference from this, other than some amber splash on the sides. It’s easily 1000 feet out there to the hill, not sure on exact distance.

Thank you so much for a live pic to show the output!! So I guess the side amber wouldn't really hurt the see-able clear in the middle but also helps bring in the side a bit with the reduced output due to lens color.
My Switch Pro mounting plate is finally here come Monday, and I will finally have time to get it all installed and experience the fun myself.

I just got my SS3s installed last night and I drove home in a snowstorm this morning. I can’t say enough about how badass the yellow pros are. So much definition in the snow and super easy to see everything around you. I wish I had bought these years ago.

I very well may have asked this, but since you have a pro you've got the square Rigids in there. Have you picked up new, round bezels yet?

On my SSC1 Pros it looks like you can just tap the blue wire to whatever trigger source you want. You'll need to hack up the harness a little to do it in the engine bay, but it shouldn't be difficult. Do you have LED or halogen headlights for the DRL?

Positive trigger - the backlight is very low draw so you should be able to tap the LED DRL directly, but I don’t know the best spot to do that.
