Hey people! I’m new to this group and have been reading the threads about vehicle issues. My truck is having issues. I’ve changed the transmission cylanoid, transmission oil and filter, changed two sensors thinking it was that but the problem still continues. The issue is, when I drive, my truck pulls. The rpms will go all the way up to 4-7rpms at only 20 miles per hour. sometimes when I put it in park hold down the traction button for 10 seconds, then release and then press it once the issue sometimes will go alway and drive normally. Is there any suggestions or ideas on what you think it could be? A friend mentioned it can possibly be the ABS wheel speed sensor…

Are there any codes present indicating issues? How did you set your fluid level? Was any service work done to the truck shortly before this started to happen?

Same thing happened in my Honda Civic back then where you'd step on the gas and all it would do is rev. It seems like your torque convertor might be slipping if you aren't able to speed, but the RPM will climb.

no transmission or engine work done recently, but driving into town one night and my lug nuts were loose so my back driver tire basically almost flew off, had to get the truck towed back into town. They whole brake part had to be replaced and rim and everything. When we scanned for codes it was saying transmission cylanoid, and transmission oil… and power engine system. We took care of the first two… but not the power engine system part yet. someone mentioned that there is some sort of sensor that could’ve messed up on that tire, that can be the issue.. I was going to buy that part this week and give it a try. I highly doubt that can be the issue though.
