    Hello,

I have a very loyal 01 Tundra and am finally going to upgrade to a 2021. I just have a quick question I hope someone can help with.

What is this little tray area in the middle of the dash and why is that cover loose? Can it be secured?

Custom bug spat pattern hood, grill & bumper. Dead Live Oak leaf collection under hood, cowl and lower fenders. Beach sand custom floor covering.
Not really a tray but it's a low place on the dash with a removable sticky rubber type cover to keep items from slipping off. It removes to clean I suspect.

You could put double sided tape under it, but I've never heard of it being loose enough to move on anyone... some change it out anyway and put a base plate for a RAM mount there.

The rubber piece just sits in some grooves up there. It doesn't move or fall out when driving. It makes a good spot for a hat.
