OP must have crashed and lost internet connection. I hope they are ok and not stuck in a snow bank freezing to death.

True story: back in the day circa 2007 I sold a set of tires that looked about like this one to a guy in a blazer… well I worked at Sears and so that’s all we had in a set of four (they only stocked sets of three and I’m certain that’s one reason they are not around anymore). They barely fit under that thing but the guy came back a couple days later happy as a clam he could get up his backroads driveway in the snow…. Those skinny tires dug right down and caught him all the traction in the world. Now had he been in a tundra I would have had to tell him how much his truck sucks in the snow and there was nothing I could do to help him.

maybe a mod can run an IP trace, we can then chase that down to a general address and send out a search party?
I'm thinking that we might find them under a bridge...

I got off work early due to weather. Showed them this thread how a tundra sucks in the snow and they let me go. Thanks OP!

So far best truck I’ve ever owed for the snow! Drove my son to work with 10” of snow on the ground no one else made it in ,so I had to bring him back home. Granted Im in western WA and people are not great at driving in the snow, but still way better than my f150 was.

I had a panic moment tonight driving in the snow. 6-8 inches, blowing snow, etc. 45mph in 4WD.

Stuck behind two plows and a long line of cars, and the dried apples I ate earlier hit. Hard. Truly thought I was going to shit my pants before I got to my exit and find a bathroom.

Just got a fireplace installed, wasn’t planning on doing the fireplace until summer. Propane heat and sweaty windows, changed that plan. So I’m scrambling for wood. Had to get some of the downed trees, to get me through until I get a cord or two of wood delivered.

Lol. I prefer a vehicle normal size people, rather than midgets, can sit in. I also occasionally carry more than just a small bag of groceries.

I'm in the top 1% of drivers on the road. In fact, if everyone else would just get the heck out of my way (instead of me having to shove them off the road), that would even be higher.

We went joyriding in the snow just a week or two after getting my new Tundra. It performed flawlessly. There were few cars on the road other than a sheriff deputy's car, crawling along at only a few mph, slipping & sliding all over the road. His "winter tires" sucked, while I was riding on BFG KO2's. We never slid once (unless intentionally). Instead we were sitting back, warm, talking, and enjoying the music and scenery.

We've had the truck for some years now, at various times driving in snow, mud, rain, and so on, and at various times towing travel trailers, utility trailers, and so on. No problems.

By the way, on a side note, some say the BFG KO2's are slippery on wet pavement. I disagree. Just the other day, I locked up the brakes in the pouring rain just to test them. Those tires actually squealed on the pavement (wet pavement), stopping much quicker than I expected.
