2012 Tundra Limited Crew Max

I need to put a clock spring in my 12 Tundra and they are on Ebay from $13.89 to $330@. I understand that the cheapest option isn't necessarily the best deal but any clue why there is such a spread? I would rather replace it once and not every 3 months. Any thoughts or experience?
