Well first off I posted this on a Tacoma site...with no help...so looking for suggestions. I have an 04 tacoma that I had the icon coilovers rebuilt. Also replaced the spc upper ball joints at the same time. Now whenever I turn right....or go up a curb etc.....I get a popping noise. I already retorqued everything..... ball joints seem fine...checked tie rod ends no play... Next I am going to remove the sway bar....any suggestions would be appreciated. I can hit a huge bump going straight and I hear nothing. Just don't think it's the coilovers . Also tightened body mounts.

Definitely check the swaybar end links and bushings? When those start to wear, they can make some horrid noises. My first thought would be the lower ball joint but you said you already checked that. What about the control arm bushings?

Well I got under the truck with the wife turning the wheels...I don't see anything abnormal. Truck has to be moving. I might order new ball joints for the heck of it. Gonna disconnect the sway bar also and see. My ball joints only have about 60 thousand miles on them. Might do new lower control arms too
