Ok, just did my 2nd oil change. Removing the skid plate is a pain. Put new bolts in, since previous oil changers stripped the originals (the dealer, actually... :/ ) But dropping it wasn't fun, and neither was putting it all back together. I don't offroad, so don't really want to spend a lot of cash on an RCI skid plate, so has anyone modded the original plate to allow an oil/filter change?

    Pics are a plus! Thanks!

    Too many, but not enough....
There's been guys who just cut a square whole where the oil filter is. It would be easy since you don't offroad, don't have to worry about a cover plate or anything.
