Found out my long time knee pain has a completely torn ACL and a few meniscus tears as well. It's been painful, can't run. Can ski for a few hours. Can still mountain bike.

Anyone have reconstruction? Cadever? Their own ligament?
How'd it go?
Limitations?
Complications?
