Not sure what it's actually called.

but is there a way to make it so I don't have to wait for that little thing in the rear doors to push out so I can open them? during the winter they get really slow and sometimes I actually have to pull them out the last little bit to get the door to open,

this is only a cold weather problem, in the summer, spring and fall they work just fine. But in the winter its a pain in the butt, especially if I'm wearing gloves/mitts.

I'd google it but I don't know what they are called.

    thanks for any advice.

Those are called lock levers. Mine did the same thing that you are describing. Slow to spring outward.

I pulled the rear door panel off, and lubed all the contact points inside the door. Let me seeif I have any pictures. I just used dielectric grease because it's what I had on hand. Been a little over a year with perfect operation.
