Does anyone have experience with an aftermarket auto start that doesn't shut off when door is opened for a tundra with push to start?

I’ve got one for my 2017 w g key. It’s great. Easy install. 12voltsolutions I think. You put the key in, turn it to on, step on brakes. It doesn’t shut off.

If I can get conformation that it functions the same on a push to start tundra I'll buy it immediately. I've heard the push to starts are different..

Yeah. I think those shut off when the door is opened. I’ve got a 21 RAV4 and won’t do the remote start upgrade for that reason. Would be nice though, cold mornings now.

I have a 2016 with a Viper and it does not shut off until i accidently touch the brake before i put the key in the ignition and turn it on. Don't know about the push button start.
