Entune issues

My 21 is having trouble connecting to my Android phone. It shows in the list, but never connects. I have deleted and re-paired the phone and the next day the same issue. Any help is appreciated

I also cannot get Alexa to work through the Toyota Alexa app.

 

The delete and re-pair usually does the truck. Maybe check for any software updates for the stereo, other than that I would have the dealer address it since you are under warranty.

 

A friend of mine goes dark and troubles with the volume. Mine hasn’t gone dark but diffidently has volume control problems. I have called Toyota, my friend has it on video (going dark and volume troubles), and I plan on taking mine to the dealer soon. The video is in the hands of the service manager and they are finding out what to do. With all the complaints they have been having he is thinking they will just replace the headunit for now.
