I had no issues on my 2010 5.7 Crew Max. The '13 Sequoia hated it.

Full disclosure, their customer service is bad.

BD unlocked it just now on the phone, I ran updates and they said the next vehicle it sees it will marry, if not call them and give the serial and they will unlock it (you can call to verify)

I am updating it now.

I know people with 2018's that have had no issues. It was fine on my Tundra.

I think I have the box, and things it came with (documentation) it's in a box full of boxes if I have it I just had not looked for it waiting for interest.

In talking with Ryuu, it occurred to me Flex Fuel might be the issue I had. My Tundra was not FFV, the Sequoia is.
