2014 SR5. On cold mornings when taking off for work I find the VSC light flashing incessantly on my dash.
Take a turn, VSC comes on and drops power to engine.
Go in a straight line, VSC comes on and drops power to engine.
There is no wheel spin, no curb cuts, nothing which could potentially trigger the issue.
Then after everything warms up things get better. I've replaced all four wheel speed sensors hoping it was something easy but no dice. Looked at the harness and don't see anything obviously pinched or wrecked.

Any ideas? Anything else to try?

Check around for rodent damages on wire harness all over.

Go to an auto parts store and have them run diagnostics, it may be a zero point calibration issue.. or if a shop can do it for free99, then go there.. basic OBD2 readers will most likely not read C codes. Hope this helps.

Does the issue stop when you turn off VSC? Try turning it off and see if the truck performs as it should. That may buy you some time and ability to properly drive the truck while you sort out the issue.
Did you use OEM wheel sensors? I have read threads where people had issues with non toyota wheel sensors.

If I disable VSC using the traction control button 3 press method I get no issues.
I performed the Zero point calibration a few times. No results. Shimming the yaw sensor helped...maybe...still got VSC kicking in.
Cold mornings, I get constant errors. After 10-15 minutes of the powertrain moving (not engine - running remote start prior to taking off) I run perfectly smooth.
The VSC is kicking in during straight runs. Not even on turns. Very frustrating.

I got a 3" spacer lift on the front from P.O. I was going to do the coils anyways, seriously considering dropping the front lower.

Just measured the lift and I got 3" RC spacer on the front and nothing in the rear. Front is sitting at ~25" from center of hub to wheel arch and the rear is ~23". I carry tools around so I imagine I got about 1" of droop but this is insane. I am planning on installing new factory coils so I'll figure out if I want to reduce spacer above the new coil and lower the front.

Dammit to hell. Pulled the front coilovers and the spacers and just left a 1/4" wafer in there so I imagine that's roughly a 1/2" of lift. New coils and shocks.
Then went to get an alignment.
VSC continues to go off randomly driving in a straight line. Ridiculous.

Is there a diagnostic tool which can tell me what code is being thrown? or what the status is of the sensors that are sending inputs showing wheel slip or axle slip or whatever? This is getting out of hand.
