I brought my '18 in to the dealer for a 30K service. As the vehicle reached 75 MPH, the steering wheel began to shimmy slightly (less than an inch either side of center). I slowed below 75 and the shimmy stopped.

The vehicle had absolutely no shimmy at any speed prior to the service (which included a tire rotation). I'm thinking that the shimmy may be related to the tires being rotated but I don't know if that is the case.

Has anyone here had a similar experience after a tire rotation? Should I be concerned that something else is wrong?

    Thanks

Yes. I rotated my tires and had a shimmy start after at around 55 mph. I rebalanced the tires and rotated them again and it got better but was still there. I finally replaced my brake pads and rotors and it finally went away. If you’re on oem rotors at 30k, it might be time to replace them. It seems oem rotors “warp” easily based on my experience and what I’ve read on here.

Tire balance is off. you didnt notice it before when tires were on the rear, now they are rotated, you can feel it up front

Thanks for the replies. Wasn't sure if it was a balance issue because it doesn't feel like a vertical but I'll start there. Off to get the tires balanced.
