Anyone have experience with the V2 XB LED headlights vs V1?

I have the V1 and theres one day left on the BF sale for the V2 I was wondering if the upgrade would be worth it?

I have zero complaints with my current V1s so the $500 difference (Im guessing V1 lightly used are worth $750?) is questionable
