2010 tundra

Help anyone I have a 2010 tundra 5.7 flex fuel. I changed the fuel pump and the fuel pressure assembly valve( which is behind the fuel tank) and now it run dough but when I remove the fuel pump fuse it purrs like a kitten— smooth. Can anyone give me an idea???
