NEW: Starter, Battery, Terminals, Plugs, Blower motor.
Starts fine with a jump start.
Starts fine when battery is charged on a trickle charge.
Sometimes turns over after 5-15 key turns. Clicking rapidly.
    Slow turnover when it does.
Been unplugging negative terminal every time, will fire up but sluggish when I do this.
Brand new starter from Napa. Not trying to take intake manifold off again if possible.

Thought it was a draw for a long time, realized it's something with the starting system. What am I missing here??

Welcome from CO! Have you actually performed a parasitic draw test to see if anything is drawing current through the system while it’s keyed off?

Have not, but had old one tested after I bought the new one, and it was good. Battery cables looked okay when I put new terminals on.

Stupidest of questions, but is your negative cable TIGHT on the terminal? Was having intermittent issues with my GX, realized it was loose, torqued it down, starts every time now.

If it starts flawlessly with jumper cables on it, that smacks to a wiring problem over anything to me.

Try this: With your batt at full charge, Only attach the negative side of the jumper cable from your batt to another good, working vehicle's batt. Does it fire right up?

If so, you've got a ground problem.

If not, it could potentially be the positive cable from battery terminal to the engine bay fuse/relay box is compromised, or some component it's attached to or inline with? Or the 100/120/140A fuse in that box is compromised, melted, something like that.

Would like to hear the result of these checks.
