Crack Corn:

Cream:
8 oz heavy cream
4 oz Philly Cream Cheese
2 oz butter
Fresh minced garlic, johnny's garlic, or garlic powder (not garlic salt) to taste
Black pepper to taste (I like a lot)
The bacon will bring a lot of salt to the party, so I don't add any
Melt the dairy items on low and stir occasionally until there aren't any lumps. Go slow.
Crack:
1lb bacon cooked crumbled
1 large yellow onion finely diced, sauteed well in a little (or all, as you like) of the bacon grease
Corn:
Fresh grilled and off the cob is best, but sweet canned is still gonna get eaten.

Mix the crack into (recommended) 3-4 cans/large cobs of corn.
Add the cream to the crack/corn mixture last, until it is a texture of your liking. Some like it soupy, some like it barely damp. I'm in between.
Check seasoning.
