I have an 07 Tundra with 295k miles on it that has developed a squeak that sounds like its coming from the rear.

I have replaced all 3 u joints and the carrier bearing and no change at all. I've lifted the back and let it free wheel but no noise, it seems like it only makes the noise under load, haven't heard it at all in reverse. It doesn't come around fast enough to be a wheel bearing, so I'm thinking something with the brakes? BTW the diff fluid is full and clean.

Kinda at my wits end chasing it down. I attached a video where you can hear it, sorry for the wind noise.

This truck has been dealear service from the original dealer since it was built. I happened upon it about 3 years. I've been surprised to find that everything except for the water pump have been the originals. The wheel bearing is what I've been leaning towards too, but its not something I wanna tackle on my own. Do you remember around what it costs to have it done?

This could be failure of the backing plates in the rear. They corrode and swell and start pushing on things. You can replace them or just take the ones you have and grind them down flat again.
