I have an 04 tundra and installed some LEDs on it. I know a common issue was trying to turn on the fog lights, but it would turn on the high beams instead. A lot of people bought a load resistor and placed it on the passenger side to fix the issue (H4-RL650-M: H4 Connection Load Resistor).

my question is, where is the best place to mount it and how (ie. size screws, loctite glue? It’s all new to me.

    Easy now.

@Mgrv, you only need one resistor. I used two because I didn't have a definitive answer when I was installing mine.

There's more room on the passengers side, and I used JBweld Steelstik to mount it against the engine bay wall behind the passengers side headlight. I'll get you a picture in a few minutes.
