    hey again fam,

My 21 tundra from commute from the country to the city is getting small nicks. I bought mgm bumper ends color matched and and all the Trd parts for my limited but it seems the paint is real thin on my bumper ends from sparks. Those I figured would get a little nicked but now below the headlights has gotten nicked now too. Is there anyway to fix this or prevent it? I religiously drive 3 car lengths back and not behind the semis and yet still nicks. Haven't seen film for that area and I'd need to get it fixed before any protection film was applied. They're tiny but they're bugging me for a truck with only 4500 miles. The nicks would need to be repainted but I worry about the match being off. Can I buy these parts under the headlight factory painted? Thank you

    Too many, but not enough....
since your car is a grey color, you could get away with a film type protector for your front end. You are right the paint is very thin. I am sure there is some type of film used for headlights as well.

One thing to know about your stock Michelin LTX A/T2s: they throw rocks like mad. Little ones. You will hit your own truck with rocks. It seems really weird at times; you'll be driving along with no one in front of you, and then TINK! something hits your windshield. It's a little rock that one of your front tires threw forward. It hit the ground and bounced up, and then you ran into it with your truck while it was in the air. It's maddening. Otherwise, I think they're pretty good tires.

Sucks that the Sparks paint is so thin. But you're gonna hit the front of your own truck with those Michelins regardless. If you don't have the Michelins, maybe the tires you do have do it as well.
