I have 2008 Tundra. I found out I have no low beam headlights. I have fog lights and the high beams are fine. The headlight warning light is on. A short time after I put my seatbelt on the seatbelt digger goes off like I didnt have my seatbelt fastened. Also the seatbelt warning by the radio is flashing the entire time I’m driving. Any ideas what the hell this is! Thanks

If the first suggestion did not solve the issue.

Check your low beam bulbs. Most people do not notice when the first one goes out. They only realize it when both low beams are out.

Sounds like you had an item on your passenger seat that weighed enough to cause the notification buzzer. That flashing light under the radio is for the passenger seat, the driver seat notice is in the instrument cluster on my model. My Beagle causes mine to ding and that light to flash when she is in the front seat.
