So I just bought a 2007 Tundra and I noticed I am missing two bolts under the tailgate. I can seem to find the part number in any diagrams or determine their importance. Any help would be great!

I have a 2021 built 2.5 months ago, and I don’t have bolts in those holes. No worries.

You might want to check check for bed rust where the bed contacts the frame. It has nothing to do with the holes but there is some rust with the right side.

    Alot of them
That is normal. They are just threaded with a weld-nut on the back. No bolts missing.

I believe they are just shipping bolt holes from manufacture to plant or a lifting lug hole.

Thanks for the replies! Makes me feel much better and would explain the lack of a part number on Toyotas diagrams. Thanks for the tip on the rust.
