    Hey guys,

I'm going to be replacing all my door speakers soon and am going to be installing some sound deadening materials. I was thinking about using sheet metal or plastic to cover the access holes in the doors (secured with screws so they can be removed to service window components in the future), but I don't know how large the holes are in the front and rear doors. Does anyone know, approximately, how large the access holes are in the Crewmax doors?

    Thanks!

iirc, they’re big as the speaker diameters.

Sorry, I may not have been super clear, I'm referring to the holes here:

The speaker hole is at the bottom right, but there are 2 larger, oddly shaped holes for accessing window motors and whatnot. Those are the ones I would like to cover with rigid plastic or sheet metal to improve speaker performance.

    Stock, for now
Remove the door panel. Its really easy and you will have all the measurements you want.
