Pardon my ignorance here, but my wife’s Highlander had what appeared to be either a large thick staple, or a small cotter pin in the tire this morning so I pulled it out and placed a plug. Reset the TPMS and drove it a bit and everything seems fine, lights off on the dash. The question is, does anyone know if this model displays tire pressures anywhere on either the driver display or on the radio screen somewhere? I can’t find it. I’ve checked the pressures manually with a gauge, but it doesn’t seem to display pressures anywhere like my 2019 Tundra does.

Unfortunately, no, the 2019 Highlander does not display the individual tire pressures.
