So I just bought 2016 1794. Needed tires. I got nitto teragrapplers 35’s. They were roadforce balanced. Who ever had the truck before me put in new aftermarket hub and cv axle on the right side. It has a lift/level kit but not sure of size. I am having steering wheel shaking. Feel it in the gas pedal too. The over all ride is smooth when I can find a sweet spot speed to drive which is about 69 - 70mph. From 40 or so to 70 or so it’s there about 70 it smooths out over 70 it’s there. Had tires rebalanced as well as out of round checked when road force balanced.

    thoughts?

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! There are some very knowledgeable folks on here, especially about the suspension, and I'm sure some of them will pipe in soon.

    Get your tires balanced again.
