    Is 3M film the best way to Keep the headlights from icing over or what are other suggestions?

    I put a coat of wax on them, definitely helps IMO.

    I throw some CG Jetseal on there and the fogs every few months.

    Makes for easy bug clean up too.

    I had the Xpel headlight film installed and it doesn’t do much as far as keeping ice/snow off them. I concur with a wax or similar product. I use Protectant 303 with good results on the film…I don’t know if it recommended though. My truck is ceramic coated so that in itself doesn’t really allow any snow to stick to any of the paint surrounding the headlights.
