That Apollo one on the right: great flavor, but it's 2,000,000 Scoville. So hot. So good.

The southern redneck on the left: my go-to. Good in nearly everything. 1,000,000 Scoville.

Great, my fuckimg mouth is watering just thinking about hot sauce.

My dog would be so pissed if i ate hotdogs and rice-a-roni.

my brothers coming out to visit, so im gonna make chili, or smoke some beef ribs. Prolly both.

but i have found some mexican rice seasoning packets i really liked. Hope i can find it again.

but i have a tub for my chili powders.

Why is heat the only thing you ‘taste’ twice?

like a few hours after eating pancakes, why arent you like ‘hell yea, pancakes again!’

Forgot which comedian that bit is from, but i dont put hot sauce on much more than eggs.

If you eat golden crisps (the one with the frog) you can smell them twice.

Schiracha is bomb. Gringo’s taco sauce as well. There are so many out there. If you guys are ever near a Bbq’s Galore, that’s a great place for hot sauce shopping. Anybody ever try ‘Smack yo mamma in the mouth’ hot sauce? It is fire hot, but tasty shtuff. I had to buy it because, the name.

this thought was well expressed in a Cheech amd Chong movie. I believe it was ‘Up in Smoke’…..
    “Come ooonnnnnn ice cream” haha

I very recently mixed [veggie] hot dogs into baked beans and called it a meal. Kelly was out with the girls or getting her hair did or some other thing that left me to fend for myself for dinner.

My man! Don't care if it's red chorizo or green chorizo, either. As long as it's ground/loose it goes well in everything. Tacos. Enchiladas. Burgers. Pasta & rice. Potato hash. Queso. One of my friends used to make ravioli with it, so good.

@bmf4069 here's my usual lineup, with two missing. Gator Hammock which is good on everything, and Virginia Gentleman which is killer on smoked meats or on damn near anything (literally my 2nd favorite sauce, and why I've got none). The Melinda's XXXX Reserve is my favorite of all time.

I feel like Sriracha and Louisana are obvious common ones, the Bufalo should be an obvious one, but maybe some haven't seen it. Flavor-wise, killer.

The Palo Alto Firefighters sauce benefits a non-profit started by firefighters, it's not hot-hot but I love it because the lighter pepper sauce is cumin heavy and good for enchiladas, burgers, especially tossed all over wings. Zombie Apocalypse for when you need extreme heat w/o the fake capsaicin extract taste. For you, being in TX, if you haven't seen or tried Yellowbird, I think it's worthy. Nice assertive raw habanero/scotch bonnet heat level, slightly sweet and fruity, not an excessive amount of vinegar or extra flavors for me, it's great on eggs, sushi, hot dogs, and other weird stuff. There's another Jamaican scotch bonnet sauce I love at one of the places I go to here and in Gainesville FL, I'd recognize if I saw the bottle. And if you like nice, leathery, roasted chile flavors, this Mountain Man is good too.

Yeah, I love chorizo and many other foods that aren't particularly healthy or even nutritious. Scrambled eggs, chorizo and queso was a go-to in the a.m. My nutrition regimen now consists of nothing but lean proteins and good carbs. I do allow myself 1 "cheater meal" a week, so I occasionally have chorizo.

Thought maybe some of you may enjoy this:
