I have a 2020 tundra that will not stop pulling Right. It pulled right from the day I bought it. Dealership did an alignment on it but steering wheel wasn’t straight and still pulled slightly right. Have tried 3 times to get an alignment and still can’t get it set. I recently did Bullstien 6100 2.5” suspension lift with 1/2” spacer in front and 5160 suspension in rear with 1” shackle. Put JBA uca in the front as well.

place that usually does my alignment spent 3 hours on it today. Every time they set it to spec and test drive it the truck pulled right. They put in on the rack and the alignment was out again. Driver side toe seemed to be what was moving. At this point I’m taking it back to the dealership I suppose bc I have no freaking idea what’s going on. This has been the main issue with every tundra I’ve owned (3 of them). Front end alignments are near impossible to get set on any I’ve owned and they do not stay. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
The attached photo was one of the last specs they set it at and still pulled right enough that within 4 seconds you were on the shoulder.

Since you have a lift be prepared for the dealer to blame it on that.

I have a similar set up but camburg ucas. In my research several other people have had the same exact issue and I believe the fix is actually getting the SPC ucas for more adjustability to compensate for the alignment issue

The problem is you can’t “set to spec” on the alignment on a lifted truck. You need to find a competent shop that actually knows how to do an alignment.

Those caster readings will cause a pull/drift to the right. Right side should have more caster. Around 3.5 right and 3.0 left if you like seeing green.

Sounds to me like there might be an issue with the owner/operator and or the tires. Maybe let someone else drive it a bit and get a few other opinions before you get in too deep with the dealer.

Had this exact issue until on a lifted Tundra until I took it to an alignment shop where the owner was a lifted Jeep guy. They set it to where they thought, I got in it and it still pulled to the right. The shop owner test drove it down the street, brought it back into a service bay and did some adjustments, then took it back out. On the third adjustment, was spot on...and I haven't toughed it since then. My numbers say it is out of whack, but I have straight tracking and no tire wear (except normal) in 40K miles. So "spec" and getting the number in the green for a lifted truck in no way worked for me.

Exactly. The dealer is just trying to get it "in the green". But once you change things with a lift, the machine doesn't know that the proper specs are no longer the same. Totally agreed that OP needs to take it to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

I get that lifted trucks have different specs. When I said specs, I was referring to specs off this forum for my lifted truck. When set to those specs, found here, if pulled right. When they tried to make adjustments it still pulled right and when put back on the rack, the specs had changed. I watched it myself. The driver side toe was never the same when they put it back on the rack. I’m talking a few degrees off not just .1 0r .2. The toe rods were inspected by myself and the shop for any slack or slip and none was found. So, can anyone explain how a truck can be set on alignment and yet be out of alignment after a mile drive? The alignment on this truck seems to get more and more difficult every time I try to get it done. The tires were just rotated prior to the alignment. So it’s not poorly worn tires on the truck. And the tires have about 5k miles on them. They are brand new bf Goodrich ko2’s. I’m looking for solutions on what to do/try. Bc I’m dumbfounded. They put the truck back to the same specs it was at when the lift was put on 5k miles ago and it pulls right. Here is the info I used to set my truck to. I know another person with a lifted tundra that sets it to the same. He has zero issues

Also, just for grins, they set both toes to the left. Like several degrees to the left. Just to see if it would make any difference. It did not. Truck still pulled hard right.

Did they check the rear axle?

After I got my lift, I got an alignment at a couple of different places, including 5 times at Goodyear under a 3 year plan. Finally the local ford dealer did it and got it right. Mine was pulling to the left.

Maybe try a different shop and see what they say.

Sitting at duggys garage in houston Texas right now. They specialize in Toyota 4x4 vehicles. So if anyone would know what the issue is, these would be the guys. We will see what they have to say.

A good alignment shop should be able to improve drivability. Alignment with a lift requires some experience, most of the shops just do a toe n go!

However, you are at 3 inches of lift, so adjustable UCAs may be required for your truck to get better alignment and handling.

I assumed the JBA’s would be sufficient uca’s. They seemed to have gotten great reviews on everything I’ve read with tundras

From the specs above your caster is backward. You want +/- .5* more caster on the right than on the left. Your toe is too high also though not main problem.
