2001 tundra

Howdy friends, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to interchange the entire hub assembly including spindle between early tundra and tacoma/4Runner models. And if not where in lies the problem? I’m thinking the axle diameter is different, the spindle my be same? I need to replace both hubs and going the salvaged route and need to know what my options are, thanks so much for any replies

If both are ADD they’ll bolt up. You also need to make sure they’re ABS if you have ABS.

biggest difference is backing plates will need to be trimmed. 05-06 tundras WILL NOT bolt up. Some 04s.
