    Good afternoon everyone,

New Tundra owner, going through the bucket lift of refreshes on this new to me Tundra. Previous lifted Xterra owner so the bulk of things I have figured out (I think) and want to make sure I am not missing the nuances of Tundra ownership and would appreciate you all helping me round out what's left.

    Whats been ordered:

Front and Rear Fox 2.5 w/ Resi and DSC
    SPC UCA

    What's in a cart:

Icon Rear Multi Rate Springs (Stage 1 ~1.75" of lift)

Now I am not sure what I need. 225k on the truck, likely should go new LCA's and balljoints. I think my cams will be fine, the truck has zero runs on it, but I am all to familiar with the frozen bolts.

Drop brackets (diff and carrier bearing) needed on these small lifts? Going to stick around 2.5 in the front and the 1.75 in the rear.

Extended brake lines? Might consider upgrading to SS while I am down there, if having the extra length at that lift couldnt hurt?

New tie rod ends? Does the 2.5" lift put substantial stress on the Tundra's?

Thanks every one for the feedback.

    Marco?

No input on tie rod ends? Drop spacers? Sway Bar End Links? Rear Axle Shims?

    Too many, but not enough....
    Polo.

You would need a carrier bearing drop for the back, i think the coachbuilder shackles come with it. The diff drop is a grey area for that lift but it will never hurt to put the diff drop on there. I dont see many peple getting new tie rod ends with lifts so i dont think its necessary unless its necessary. There is an extended brake line bracket kit thats like 30 bucks so its worth doing just to be safe. You MAY want to consider new rear bump stops depending on your usage.

Thank you for the help and clarity, if I am down there doing it all I just want to do it all at once.

the 2.5" lift is a grey area for UCA too i think. You shouldnt NEED them but you may and if you offroad or have big tires its more than likely necessary. You shouldnt need sway bar extensions at that height either.
