Galveston County Texas. I am willing to meet somewhere as long as there is a place that will swap them out. Your tires must be in new condition also.

    OR???? 250 a tire obo but said person will have to wait so I can get them taken off?? We can meet at tire shop also? And all four are the same. They all are like new.
