Can someone please answer this for me as the internet research materials on this subject are shockingly minimal.

I would love to lift my truck as much as possible. I have purchased a truck with a fabtech 6" lift with dirt logic 2.5 coilover shocks, yet next to my other truck (now totalled) which as a 6 inch lift it looks a bit lower so I would like to lift it to match.

Can I simply lift the front end of the truck on a jack and twist down on the coilover collar to lift further? Thank you so much, i cannot find much of any resources on this at all.
sorry for so many pics uploaded....trying to figure this all out.

Yes, that is correct. Not sure how much adjustment is left.

My understanding is you could tighten that all the way down, but once the spring is sitting tight - it's not really lifting more, just changing the spring rate.

I could be wrong, someone that knows more will hopefully jump in.

I havent had a coilover set up for atleast 6 years, and cant remember if the ride height changed much once the collar was snuggled to the spring.

I see different tires on them. Did you actually measure the tires to make sure they are the same size, or are you just going off the manufacturers tire sizes?

The reason I ask is because not all tires/manufacturers run true to size. A 275/70R18 Nitto Ridge Grappler is 33.19 inches tall but a 275/70R18 Falken Wildpeak is 33.43 inches tall. You might have equal lift, but unequal tires causing your size discrepancy.
