Who has the Hirev Sports LED taillights?

@50Shades i can tell you as well…a lot brighter than the factory and they are even brighter in daylight as well

 

The more good testimonials I hear about these lights, the stronger the case I can put in front of my wife so she'll approve this mod asap. haha!

 

@50Shades my wife hasn’t stopped complaining about me and this truck since I got it last year…butttttt…she likes what’s being bought for it and the taillights we’re the best once I put them on…a lot brighter so I could play off the safety of them and how they were better

 

One question, do these tail lights have the option to not be in sequential mode? I'd rather have a full blinking turn signal than a sequential one.

 

Not that I seen, it flashes so quick that unless your paying close attention it doesn’t look sequential

If these tail lights have the red strips as running/brake lights, the upper and lower center LEDs as amber turn signals, and the turn signal strip as the reverse lights, that would've been a perfect tail light for me imo.

I will wait until the company has completely moved and settled to their new place, then I'll place my order. I don't want my tail lights getting lost lol.

 

Hey I got my replacement right away in the middle of their move - I wouldn't hesitate to order now. I have no doubt they will take care of you.

No one at Costco has asked me about the tails yet, I feel so underappreciated

I think when you order them, you can add a note asking to not have the start up animation, or the sequential turn signal. At least somebody else mentioned they did that.

And as others have said, the turn signal is quite bright even in daylight.

Ordered mine Sep 29. They shipped the next day. Fed Ex had a two day delay but they arrived Oct 5th.

Install was very very easy. CRB matches the front LEDs. The startup animation scrolls the turn signal which matches my tail gate bar. Much brighter than the stock tails with standard bulbs.

Worth every penny IMO.

Edit: The box animation plays through once when the headlights are running to include the yellow scrolling animation above. Very bright and noticeable at night.

They look OEM quality especially with the LED headlights. I think you'll be happy with the them if you decide to get them.

 

Ive been waiting for the Morimotos but the hirevs keep coming up and im considering just getting the hirevs. Does anyone with a canopy by chance have the highrevs installed? If so would you be so kind to drop a picture or two or three.

Are the tail light square lights always on like DRL or do they turn on only in parking light and lights on mode?

 

No, they only come on when the light switch is on. Tail lights do not typically auto turn on like DRL.

 

Thank you for the info, yes i know they do, however every video i have seen does the opening display and then stay on instead of turning off. Can't see the front ever to see if the parking lights were on or not. Appreciate all the help, just ordered mine today.

 

I just got these and I love them. When I first got them the driver's side light was pretty scratched up right out of the box, I called them and they sent me a new one and said keep the messed up one. Pretty good company so far.
