    Hey All,
I just installed my lift; Bilstein 6112(3/2), SPC UCA, and Wild Peak A/T 295/70/18 tires and wheels with +18 offset. I went to get it aligned, but I notice it pulls slightly to the right. Its not an overwhelming pull, just always to the right slightly. I did not get an alignment spec print out.

Is this normal or should it be straight and depending on road angle it can go left or right?
    Let me know your experiences!
Its my first time with a lift and + plus size tires so I am not sure.

not normal. They could have done a quick toe and go- rather than a full real alignment. probably the case since they did not give you the sheet. I would have them check it again and get the printout. Or, try a shop that specializes in alignments. Huge difference in a correct alignment professionally done vs a quick set of toe.

Always get the print out and share it with us if you're asking an alignment question! If they have any sort of account for you at that shop they may be able to give you a print out or most tire shops offer free alignment checks and will share a new printout. Slick way to get your alignment double checked by another shop.

Okay, not normal - although the print out may show everything in the green. I have almost your same setup, minus the SPC UCAs. Mine showed all green but had a definite hook/slice when letting go of the wheel. I had to find an shop that does off-road alignments. They checked it, then the owner came out and test drove it, took it back in to make adjustments. Did this two more times until it was perfect. My numbers aren't in the green, but the truck tracks straight and no issues with tire wear.

Sorry to hijack post but was wondering if anyone could give me input on my alignment? Sorry its not in color. I asked shop to give me max +castor on my UCAs to allow for bigger tires later. How’s this look?

trucks riding and driving better than ever now with 2.5 ome lift and spc UCAs with even tire wear.

Pretty good. Toe is a little high. May see some outer edge wear. Just keep an eye on it.

ToyTec advised I should be able to get 4° +Caster on Left and Right front.

I specifically asked my shop for Max Fwd Caster on the SPC UCAs to accommodate for larger tires.

My castor appears to be the same as my original alignment was with factory UCAs on the alignment sheet I attached.

looking at SPC’s instructions and my truck — My right front arm is currently set to either level E (0.00°) or F -0.75°)

looks like they didn’t set any positive caster with the UCAs like I asked..

    Am I missing something?

Which lube did you use for your SPC UCAs?

Asking because I thought moly is what gave the grease that silvery black color. But I could be wrong.

I was able to get the alignment sheet. Shop said there is nothing they can do about the slight pull to the right. They recommended me to another shop where they can do it the old school way with a string.

Are you sure it's not the crown in the road? Most roads the truck will drift to the right so water won't pool up. That alignment spec looks pretty good if it actually came off your truck. Sounds like they told you to fuck off nicely

Someone correct me if Im wrong but with SPC's you should be able to get wayyyy more Caster then where you sit currently, at least .3 Degrees or more?

That is correct. I have been told you can get at least 4 degrees with the help of the SPCs or more. I have SPCs too though and I only settled for 2.3 degrees caster. I had them max my caster out at LCA cam bolts which pushed my wheels forward towards front bumper (to accompany larger tires soon)
I have been told that if more caster was now applied with my SPCs then it would push my wheel back towards cab, which I don't want.

Toytech told me 3.75 - 4.00 degrees is what they recommend but I have been told by many that more is better. I started asking around since I have too much feedback through my steering wheel when doing something as minor as a right turn into a driveway. I have the SPC's as well.

LOL at first I thought it was all in my head, but the owner even said it was puling to the right.

There's a few ways to adjust the toe and camber using a string, a level, and a measuring tape. So that will be my weekend project.

I just ordered JBA UCAS coming in on Thursday as my final attempt to battle steering wheel feedback. I have been doing everything in my power to correct it and I finally spoke to JBA and SPC about it and they asked what my truck specs were. When I told them I run 35's and a 3" lift they said I 110% need UCAS. What I didn't know and they both said is that anything above 2.25" Lift you should run UCAS and get above 3 degrees of caster. I told them my truck pulls HARD right on the freeway and I have feedback from the road in the steering at all speeds. Again both confirmed that aftermarket UCAS and above 3 degree caster should correct this issue and make the truck track straight and stop translating bumps on the road in the steering wheel. I told them my last alignment was around 2.3-2.5 degrees of caster and they said thats WAYYY to low for the mods done to my truck.

It looks like I will try the alignment first before battling Toyota about a possible rack issue. I will definitely report back to this thread when complete and let you guys know about the difference it makes. I want to be at the least above 3.5°; I still don't think that it will get rid of this.

That is literally what my steering wheel does right now. Are you rolling here? I cannot tell if your moving..... The guys I spoke with at JBA and SPC both said with confidence that this will correct that issue. I have thought so many times that maybe this is just the way the truck is but David from coach builder told me its 100% not normal. Stated the wheel should not react to small bumps in the road. I recently drove a 2019 Chevy Silverado with a 3" lift and 35's, let me tell you the difference was insane. Steering wheel didnt budge once hitting bumps, track tracks and pot holes. One thing that stood out to me was it had Icon UCAS. I cant help but think this could be the issue.

In the GIF, my truck is parked and this happens when I start the engine. But my steering wheel reacts in a similar fashion when encountering small bumps.

    Sorry to hijack the thread.

For that to happen when you start the engine definitely is odd.
