Saw some gallstones once that were perfect cubes. Crazy looking. Like 5-6 perfect cubes fillin the gallbladder.

 

My dad had banana hands, from woodworking; one Easter morning he was making Poinsettia holders and got his finger wrapped up in the drill press. He didn’t save it, that I know of, but later we went into the shop and found the biggest potato chip(his finger)

 

In the foodie circles, we call those "gallbladder bouillon."

Do you ever think your the strange neighbor? I’m definitely the noisy, making loud noises early in the morning on Saturday and Sunday. The old timer that built his own “tow Mater” stopped me and told me that he enjoys my early morning sessions, he always asks what I’m working on.

I want to do a PSA. I got my first credit ever from a Les Schwab dealer in 1972. Les Schwab died in 2007. His family sold the business last year to a hedge fund company. Meritage Group. Les Schwab used to have exclusive sales for the Toyo Open Country in the PNW. Toyo dropped that last year once they found out Meritage bought out Schwab. My friend has the "new" Back Country AT made by Dean Tires....not...Cooper owns the Dean Tire brand. 2nd tier independent labeled tires. Schwab is selling this particular tire for...$320!!! I got a flier in the mail yesterday from "my" local Les Schwab. Call or stop by for a great deal!! I actually called them this afternoon and said that I needed a replacement for my old spare tire. Gave them the size. Salesman recommended the Back Country AT. I asked how much before mounting and balancing. $320. $378 installed! WTF? I asked why are you asking more for a 2nd tier Cooper made tire than Coopers top of the line AT's ? "We have them custom made". Ha. BS. Told him I'm not interested. Then the salesman offered me a "better" alternative...the Open Range AT for......get this........$344, $404 installed!!!. This tire is rated for 60K miles on their website. The salesman stated to me that it was rated for 80K over the phone!!!! I said "that's so much bullshit" and hung up. Les Schwab used to be pretty good back in the day but not any more. You'd be a fool to pay for overpriced 2nd tier tires from Les Schwab now. Wasn't sure where to post this since many PNW members swear by Les Schwab and several posts attesting to that nonsense.

 

Sounds like I'm making a trip down to Mexico soon - exactly what size tires do I need to pick up for you?
