Been looking to do a full suspension upgrade on my 2017 for Overlanding and off-roading and everything is sold out for 4-6 months.....grrr.

I was originally looking at the icon stage 10 kit, then the fox racing kit and now looking at king but can't find anything in stock anywhere.

    Anyone have any advice?

Quickest way is to piece it together from multiple sites who have what you want.
If you wait for finding complete kits, you'll be waiting for sometime.

Me? King has lots of bells n whistles for serious off roading which I do not need to pay for.
Icon is well built and supports lots of rig types. Stay away from lift kit spacers and go with longer shocks.
Push it past 3 inches and you start having to concern with UCAs.
Never use multi rate springs on the front, you'll just get upset after a few years due to sagging.

On my Tundra, I run RC level lift shocks (2.9 inches) on front and the back is STD height but I installed a pair of Summo shock bumpers to help with large loads.
They act like intelligent sway bars and track the truck thru winds and hard turns like a champ without making the truck stiffer until it gets loaded or trailer is hung out back.

I think I found a lead on an icon kit but stage 7, was hoping for stage 8 with rear shock adjustable but not sure if I really need that. does it make a huge difference?

You'll mess with it once then set it on softest setting, LOL.
In my mind a waste of money. Proper spring rate means a lot more.
    Your not racing, just trucking.
