    None
    Front brakes keep freezing up tight. Brake pedal won’t move an inch! Have to sit for 10 to 15 minutes before the brakes will release. What’s causing this??

    I take it you already checked the lines and hoses for kinks? Sounds like something is pinched somewhere, not allowing the pressure to release at the caliper.

    We also have zero idea where you live, and if you're in the rust belt, rust and corrosion could be a factor here. Seized piston, rusty caliper hardware etc.

    Toyotas are notorious for seized calipers. Check that first

    Could be bad soft lines going to caliper. Would be cheapest thing to try first. Sometimes they go bad and let fluid in but will not let fluid out.
