    Id hate it if I had scratches on an item that is meant to protect from exponentially worse. I have nothing but good things to say about RCI. Was received in tip top shape and in 3 days. I generally believe in giving a company a chance to correct any problems I have with their product. One employee whos having a crap day doesnt make the company.

    If you have enough time to move the box off your porch to your garage, you have enough time to open it and take a quick peek inside.

    The jokes and jabs are nothing about him being upset with a damaged product. It's the pure venom he is spewing, the refusal to accept any responsibility to check the item in a timely manner, and that he's blasting a well known vendor of the community without giving them a chance to respond or rectify the issue. That's called being a shitty customer. Now, if RCI says nothing, or doesn't care to rectify it, then that would be justification for his post. OP has jumped the gun and was too chicken shit to even tag @RCIoffroad in his rant. Let's see how they handle this before saying that the customer was let down and the company sucks.
