My 18 year old daughter LOVES my truck.... all the above. She asks to drive it, clean it, crazy.
She really wants a Tacoma, because of it's size, but with all the TRD stuff, you know...
So we took care of that this past weekend.

Congrats! My second gen Tacoma (a 2011) was one of my favorite vehicles I've ever owned.

LOL, no!!! She's all about her truck now. We were hoping to get something newer, but this deal was too hard to pass up.
    Thanks for the compliments!!!

Beautiful Tacoma in the best generation! I had a 2010 Tacoma TRD off road, was an absolutely fantastic truck. Only things it ever needed was the recall on the rear leaf springs and the dealer coated the frame for rust protection. Would have kept it and given to my significant other when I got the Tundra but she didn't like the green.

    Not enough....
    Good dad award!

My parents bought me a used 2001 Tundra when I was 17 going into my senior year of high school. I held onto that truck and took care of it for the next 16 years and 150k miles, and I'm forever grateful for their gift. I'm sure she will appreciate it too! Also, it is so nice to have a dependable vehicle for school and work! It removed a lot of stress from the early years in my career.

Thanks again guys.... We couldn't pass a Tacoma without her yelling, "Awww look at that one!!!"
As a Porsche fan, I drive by their dealership once and a while. They just happened to have this Tacoma on their lot.
I brought my daughter down to look at it, not knowing what it was, just a Tacoma....
We round the corner of the lot and she says, "OMG!!! It's a PRO!!!" I'm like... this isn't going to be good.
She saved it as a wallpaper on her phone. I told her, that's a sweet truck....
It was a Sunday, they were closed. We looked it up online and they were asking $34k
I went back during buisness hours and spoke to a salesman and the manager, not too flexible, of course.
A week went by and I stopped by again, talked to the same people, but noticed the price dropped $1400 online.
So, they had the truck for a month, with no interest... they didn't know why. I told them I was seriously interested,
they needed to drop the price. My daughter has been sending me links of trucks... Tacomas of course.... 2012, 160K miles.... $25k -ish, whatever...
I got the feel of what crazy money this f-n truck brings!!! Now back to the Pro. Long story short, we started playing hardball at $30K,
I brought my daughter and wife (for approval) for a test drive, the rest was history.
