Hey all, I drive 2020 Tundra and currently sits with 12,700 miles. From a stop going forward or backwards I get a creak noise from the rear. Only happens when accelerator is first pressed. I’ve had the noise for about 7 months. Probably happens about 50% of the time. I can jump up and down on bumper and push back of truck side to side and no noise. Only happens when I first start moving. I had the passenger side leaf spring replaced under warranty about 3 weeks ago because of squeaking going over rough roads and bumps. Was hoping that would solve the issue I described above but it did not. Any help or ideas I would appreciate. Thanks

Could it possibly be your front seat? I noticed a squeak sound the other day going slow over speed bumps or reversing out of my driveway where there is slight bump I go over as I reverse out and couldn't figure out what it was. I then started sliding my body in the seat and got it to squeak. I realized I had the seat slid all the way back and moving it just one click forward solved the squeak instantly. It originally sounded like it was coming from the rear of the truck.

Thanks for the feedback. This is not the seat, my seat does shift but this creak noise can only be heard when windows are open.
