    I honestly hope my Cavalry Blue is my last truck. If I tone my mileage down to 10k per year and the truck lasts for 300,000 miles, I'll be nearly 70 when it dies. That's assuming I live to be that old. My sincere hope is that this is the last truck I ever need to buy.

    I love my MGM but it was my 2nd choice and if I had things my way I would have gotten an army green TRD Pro last year. Beggars cant be choosers and I can still live with my MGM happily for the rest of my life. I think of it like I am married to the 2nd hottest cheerleader from HS. Life could always be worse.

    Great question. If it has to last decades I’d say a solid colour for easier repairs or one that doesn’t show scratches and won’t fade noticeably would be best. Also, not a trendy colour that will look cheesy in 20 yrs on an older truck. I would say 040 or a silver would have best longevity. There is also the consideration that a repaint isn’t unaffordable when you have no truck payment for many years.
