are the carrier bearing spacers NEEDED with only a 1 inch setting?

 

I have different shackles but a 1 inch lift set, I added the carrier bearing spacers, and ultimately remove them because I developed a vibration under heavy acceleration, and amplified even more with a load in the bed. Removed the spacers and vibration gone. I think every truck is different. Try it without them, And if you have a vibration try adding them.
