So I’ve recently threw this Rough Country 2.5in leveling kit on my 2003 Tundra https://www.roughcountry.com/toyota-suspension-lift-kit-750c.html?find=2003-toyota-tundra-4wd-739203

mans everything went pretty smoothly except one thing. We put the front shock on and the ball joint was pretty much in the coils of the shock until we got it back on the ground so the load caused it to move away from the coils of the shock. I know it’s a good idea to get new ball joint/arm, but I don’t exactly know what to get. I just need extended stuff so I can fit the shock under there comfortably because right now whenever my front shock extends it rubs with the ball joint. Plus everything will wear really prematurely if I don’t get stuff that’s meant for a bigger shock. So yeah, just looking for advice on what I need for a 2.5 suspension lift kit in terms of ball joint/arm.

Wasn’t sure if you wanted a pic of just the ball joint and shock or the whole truck

I'll go out in a bit and look at mine but it looks like you are good and won't have any issues.

I’ve just noticed it rubbing whenever I go over things like speed bumps a little fast, the shock extends before the weight of the truck can prevent it from hitting the ball joint. I wanted my truck to be something robust with this new lift and shocks, not something I have to drive very gingerly.

The most reputable manufacturers of aftermarket control arms and ball joints for your application are SPC Performance and Camburg. I chose SPC for my '01 and couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the results I got from them. If you choose SPC's just be sure to research for an alignment shop that knows how to install and align them properly.

Yw. I would personally go with the SPC's judging by the looks of the degree of angle your ball joint is at in the image you posted. The SPC's have an off-set type ball joint setup that allows a wider range of adjustment for alignment purposes. Your needs may be different but that ball joint is under a lot of strain during extension. It looks like it's already at at least 15* or so at rest. That's about half its movement. Not good.
