Picked up some Vector 5’s and some Cepek Trail Country EXPs today and mounted them up at the house. If you’re looking for a safe setup on stock suspension that looks good and retains functionality without any hassles of sniffing out and eliminating rubs, this is it. I only have a couple of pictures to share. If anyone has any questions or wants a different angle, just let me know.

Looks great! Getting kinda tired of the big lifts especially for street driving.

That’s where I’m at. I have a 30 minute commute so I don’t plan on going doing too much more. It’s finally reached that “what it should’ve been from the factory” status now. So I’m happy.

From Custom Offsets, $2300 with mounting, balancing, TPMS sensors installed, fresh lugs and center caps included and ‘free’ shipping to a SAIA hub. They also included a spline drive but it was the wrong size. No matter to me though as I’m well equipped on the tool front.

Did you have any issues balancing the 17s with the rotors? I like those but heard some have issues with getting the weights in the right spot.

The retailer had no issues at all. I made sure to reach out to them and let them know that the weights needed to be placed as far outboard as possible to avoid contact with the calipers.

Do you think you could have gone taller if you would have used bumper shims or pushed the front liner in? Looks really good by the way!

I MAY have gotten away with 285/75s instead of the 70s. It would’ve been very, very close though. No regrets though. I’ll ride these until they’re slick. Should be able to get a small lift by then and go a bit bigger…. Or maybe I’ll just get a nice bumper. Decisions, decisions.
