    Anybody been able to find necessary parts to replace jbl radio with jbl nav unit?

    Why would you want to? These are not good years for OEM Toyota NAV systems in terms of reliability. You could get a drop in head unit like the Dasaita for not a lot more money and it will do a ton more than the OE nav unit would.

    You'll need a GPS antenna, and there are a couple of wiring harnesses to add. You may also need to tap into the wiring harness to provide the nav unit with speedometer info and gear selection for reverse.

    No, I would not ever consider doing this, as these NAV units are pretty old at this point and not all that useful in comparison to what the aftermarket can provide.

    Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 suspension, HD RAS, 285/75-18 Nokian Outpost AT, LoPro bed cover, TRD rear sway bar, DD 10 inch exhaust, and various other goodies
    Just replace the stock stereo with whatever unit you like with NAV. Will be a much better stereo and NAV function. The stock stuff is basic at best, even on the brand new trucks. Installing a 15 year old head and the additional GPS items unit is not worth the effort for the upgrade.

    I had a 2007 Nav loaded

    compared to my $400 Kenwood wireless car play

    the stock stereo sucks lol
