None of those are a 2005-2006 DC 4x4. All 2wd. And only one is below the $10k mark. And the add looks sketchy.

I appreciate y’all who helped out answering my question. Thanks guys. Sounds like I should just search for a second gen after all. I’d love to test drive a 1st gen but there are none within a relatively close distance to me. Lots of second gens for sale though!

As for the concern of me getting a 1st gen for $10k, not sure as to why y’all are so shocked that I’ve found a bunch seeing you have NO CLUE what my search criteria is for one. I’m not looking for a perfect truck. I believe you that rust free examples would sell for high dollar up here in WI, but there are no rust free examples here. Idgaf about mechanical issues or mileage as long as the frame/body is not rusted out. Everything else is easily fixable.

I’ve lived my life one 4L60E at a time until this moment, you think I’m fucking scared to work on my truck? You should’ve known that answer already seeing as I said I’ve owned a Chevy! Y’all make one assumption but can’t make that connection? Jesus!

I'm 6'7 and built like Budda so I upgraded my seats with wedge brackets and Evo 8 Recaros.
I ordered the brackets to sit as low as possible and move back 2 more inches.

They are the perfect setup for me especially on long drives, very comfortable.

The only thing I would change is that Wedge used 1-inch square tubing for the brackets, I would use a flat design like the Bride or Sparco brackets.

I had a second-gen before I bought my first-gen and it's better than the sen-gen seats, also the FGT just drives better for small ass LA parking spaces and just feels more reliable.
But I'm used to VIP and JDM cars so I think I'm just used to smaller radiuses.

Very good post -I have been looking everywhere for quality Mounting bracket and Dual Locking sliders. Just out of curiosity, Who did you Buy your Recaro seat from? Have been trying to get from Summit Racing but they don't have any answers. Keep referring me back to manufacturer. Again Many thanks for info. Can always rely on the folks on the Forum

Thanks, I got the seats off offerup!

They are out of a Mitsubishi Evo 8, so they are quality and I got the pair for under $500 during the beginning of lock down.
But search around cause they can still be found for a great deal, just gotta act fast!

Any Recaro Sr2/3 should be about the same.

been about 6 months now and I'm still loving them!
