Can someone please take a picture or two of their working soft cup holder? Particularly the hinge and what makes it go up and down. Tire shop broke mine or it broke itself while I was in the waiting room. Hopefully I can fix it. Not many parts tundras around my area anymore. Thanks!

Others may know what you're referring to, however, "the hinge and what makes it go up and down" throws me off. Be glad to help with pic but do you mind showing pic of what you are speaking of ?

Thanks guys… that’s what I needed. I have a piece missing from the middle now…hopefully I can find a matching color used one.

Fleabay it, then swap your colored face onto it if wrong color.
In the search box include your two-digit year then pull cup holder, i.e. I have an '06, and 06 pull cup holder returns several results.
What I've found is, if you can't find a part using this two-digit year technique, defaulting to 00 or 06 for 1st gen years will normally get you there.

I got lucky this morning. There was a fresh tundra at a local yard. I picked it up for 2 dollars! Labor Day special prices. I found one on fleabay last night for ~50, I was going to buy it if I wasn’t so lucky.

I did what you said and swapped my grey trim piece with the brown it came with. All better.
