Hey everyone, just checking to see if it’s safe to add a 1 inch lift block to the 5 inch lift block that’s already on the truck. Not sure why ReadyLift used a 5 inch lift block on an 8 inch lift kit but ReadyLift said don’t add a 1 inch lift block because it’s very dangerous. They recommended me buying a 6 inch lift block. Has anyone added a lift block with no problems? I have a 2014 Tundra Platinum Crewmax 4x4 with an 8 inch ReadyLift lift kit. Thanks in advance!

A much better choice would be to buy full replacement springs

You might be able to get away with Coachbuilder Shackles instead.

A stock Tundra is 3" higher in the rear, so a 5" block raises it up to 8".
