Remove Rear Passport Window 2005 Tacoma

I need to repair/replace the weather stripping around my passport(pass thru) window in the rear. It is twisted and I want to fix it. I do not know how to remove the small square window in order to remedy my issue. Please provide any info that will enable me to accomplish my goal. Thanks Y'all.......

Sorry.....I think I need new glasses. I have a Tacoma and not a Tundra. Thanks for trying to help me with a truck, Tundra, that I do not own. I have been trying to fin the anser to this question for quite a long time. I saw Toyota and Truck,,,,,somehow, that word Tundra was not seen. Sorry, and thanks again.
